Simply complete our easy online booking form (or give us a call/send us an email today) and let us know which artist(s) you would like to secure for your event! Do your best to provide the date of your event, name & location of the venue, and the budget you have in mind for an honorarium as this will help us provide additional  artist options (just in case your favorite isn't available on the date you've selected!)          

 

We will then provide you with all booking requirements and get a preliminary commitment from the artist as we progress to the next phase.  Finally, we'll get all agreements signed, collect and distribute deposits,  send marketing materials, provide all necessary details for travel, and more.

(Our travel team can even handle all flights and hotel arrangements if preferred!)
